Our Story

Doctivity Health was founded in 2022 by Cathryn Connolley, a former Geisinger Health System executive who spent decades leading healthcare marketing, growth strategy, and provider ramp-up performance. After successfully reducing new physician ramp-up time from nearly two years to just months, Cathryn recognized that health systems had powerful data but lacked a coordinated way to turn it into strategic action. Backed by venture capital and built in Pennsylvania, Doctivity Health was created to automate that vision by combining market intelligence, a best-in-class PRM, and AI-powered tools to help healthcare organizations accelerate revenue, strengthen communities, and reinvest in patient care.
